Court Filing
Hiring a Legal Process Server is an important step in proceeding with a court case. Process servers have the skills and experience to serve your legal documents in a timely and affordable manner and, more importantly, serve them in accordance with the local and state process serving laws.
Surveillance
Surveillance is a strategy tactic, less feasible within certain time constraints. Many process servers develop their own techniques for identifying subjects. We have developed an effective general rule of execution.
Defendant Locating and Skip Tracing
If you do not have a current address for a defendant, witness, or person of interest, Smith, Hall, and Tunson Legal Services can attempt to locate them for you at a reasonable cost. This process is called skip tracing which is "an industry term used to describe the process of locating a fugitive that can't be found at their place of residence or usual hangouts. “Skip” refers to the person being searched for (derived from the term “to skip town”) and “tracing” meaning the act of locating the skip."
